With the recent decision of the Trump administration, it allowed American companies to work with Huawei. However, despite this decision,
Huawei has not given up HongMeng. The company performs the final tests before putting the operating system into service for its customers. Last week’s announcements said Hongmeng OS was tested on the Mate 30. Now, a few of the first test users of the HongMong operating system have discovered how different this new operating system is compared to the Android-based EMUI system the company is currently using.
Huawei added a new opening animation to Hongmeng OS. All of the icons have been redesigned and kept the operating system flexible so users can make all customizations. In addition, Hongmeng OS will have a new notification screen and a large search box. The settings have a new reminder mode. A new ringtone has been added to make HongMeng different. The camera interface is relatively simple and offers less control compared to the Huawei P30.
Testers say there are still many features that are not available. It is not yet known why the features are locked, or they are still under development.
HongMeng OS can be used in a wide variety of fields, including tablets, computers, network products and data centers.
