In March at GDC Steam had announced that the Steam Library is getting an overhaul. The new Library brings together a player’s experience with a game and new content/communications from the developer and community in a richer, more visual layout.
The new design is somewhat similar to other major stores. For example GOG Galaxy, Origin, Uplay, Epic and the new Xbox Game Pass launcher. There is no clear date when the new design will be released. However, they say that the Open Beta will be released in a few weeks.

On YouTube, a youtube channel called Tyler McVicker reviewed the new interface.
