The new version of Tetris, a game that hasn’t been aging for years, was completely rethought in November 2018 and adapted to today’s game logic, with Tetris Effect. The game that already exists for PS4 is now coming to the Epic Games store for the PC platform.
Developer Enhance Games says that the PC version will support more graphics options than the original PS4 version, ie it supports unlocked frame rates and resolutions, and can be played with the corresponding controllers in the VR on HTC Vive or Oculus Rift headphones. At the same time, the 2D play option not available on the PS4 will be available in the PC version.
The Tetris Effect can be downloaded from the Epic Games Store on July 23rd. The game will be sold at a discount of 20 percent for the first two weeks and will cost you $ 39.99 at a discount, giving you bonus content including desktop wallpapers and seven-track soundtrack sampler.
