We live most of our lives on the internet. In our country in particular, the rate of social media use by population is more than double that of many countries. Facebook and Google offer you the ability to inherit your account; you can choose the person who will manage your account after death. Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat do not have any inheritance. Unused accounts either close for 6 months of inactivity or are deactivated if a family member contacts these institutions. To inherit one of your accounts on Facebook and Google, you must set up your heir.
