Phone Specifications

Two new members have joined Samsung’s phone and tablet hybrid, the Note series. The Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ were introduced today. For the first time in this launch we encountered two different Note. Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ are designed for those who like to use their tablet features on a smartphone, and they have the technical features that will make this design right.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 design

Samsung’s design standards change every year with minor updates. The most important difference presented in the Note family this year is the perforated screen. The front camera is in the middle of the screen.

On the back is a vertically positioned camera.

Improved Samsung Galaxy S Pen

The biggest enhancement is that you can control the device with the new pen without touching the screen. Across the screen, you’ll be able to walk around the operating system with almost every move you make with the S Pen in your hand.

Powered by 6 different sensors, the S Pen can detect your movements and switch between camera modes. Directly converting your handwriting into a digital form, the S Pen offers great advantages in remote use.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ rear cameras

Galaxy Note 10 and Note10 + have a 3-sensor rear camera. While these sensors are identical on both devices, the Plus has an extra “time-of-light” sensor.

Main rear camera on both devices has a resolution of 12 MP. However, this sensor has a variable aperture. The same sensor has a f/1.5f/1.8f/2.4 aperture.

Secondary sensor is a 16 MP wide angle sensor.

Third sensor is a 12 MP resolution telephoto lens assisted sensor.

Galaxy Note 10+ features a Time of Light sensor that makes face detection and three-dimensional scanning more technically safe, while making a significant contribution to artificial intelligence in depth of field for popular effects such as bokeh.

The bokeh effect, which can be used in photos before, is now available in live videos with the Galaxy Note10 and Note10 +. Bringing sound enhancements to the cameras as well as shooting performance, Samsung will also be able to zoom in on the sound while zooming in.

Samsung, which has introduced an editing tool for users who want to edit after video shots, says they are quite assertive about it. Offering a live demo during the promotion, the company also offers users a new feature that translates drawings to doodle live in a 3-D environment.

Both models have a single front camera.

The front camera of the Note 10 series has a 10 MP sensor. The aperture of this camera is f/2.2. We don’t know what the low light performance will be like.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ 5G versions

2019 is an important year for 5G. There was a lot of development this year. After 2020, all phone manufacturers will add 5G support to their models.

Samsung Note 10 family uses the Snapdragon 855. For the 5G versions, the 855+ chip with Snapdragon X50 modem processor is preferred. However, Samsung’s own processor series Exynos is, as always, an option.

The performance of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series

Compared to the previous year’s Note 9, Samsung offers 33% better CPU performance and 42% better GPU performance this year.

Exynos 9825 has the Mali G76MP12 GPU. In this respect, there is no significant difference from the previous processor Exynos 9820.
